Workshop on Office Ergonomics

Do you feel discomfort while working? Each one of us after some point of time start suffering from fitness health wellness issues like neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, leg swelling, overweight (obesity), high BP, diabetes, anxiety, stress-related problems and low energy levels due to lack of physical activity, wrong posture and poor worksite design. We keep ignoring all the wellness problems due to various reasons until reach to a situation where it is unbearable. By the time it had cost much harm to us like fitness issues, health problems, low productivity, decreased performance, lower energy level and sick leaves, causing increased health costs, mental stress, unhappy painful life and lower organisational profitability further increasing the level of problems. A “RE-ENERGIZE" workshop is focused on workplace and employee physical fitness based on ergonomic principles. The program is exclusively designed to overcome fitness and wellness related issues raising awareness and understanding on the safety and health risks involved at workplace suggesting prevention strategies to reduce the number of injuries, illnesses, and fatalities that too frequently occur at the workplace for increased performance, higher energy levels, reducing cost and enhanced productivity achieving organisational business objectives.
