Share your ideas ,concepts and management facilities to become ideal candidate! Introduction: Students of different Universities will participate, where they will be assessed via written test (to assess the grip on relevant subject area), and Interview for General post, and presentation on Key business areas. Through this event an ideal candidates (best students) in three key areas of business (HRM, Marketing, Finance) will be identified. Objectives: • Students will able to understand how their talents, that will help them to be successful in the future • To identify Best candidates with strong Analytical, Critical and conceptual Thinking. • Who have Problem solving skills, Decisiveness, stress management abilities and Problem-solving skills. • And who have expertise/knowledge and skills in respective areas. Rules & Regulation • Any number of candidates from a university can participate. • Participant must be student of universities. • Written test duration will be 30 minutes. • Any randomly selected topic will be asked to present within 3-4 minutes. Then 2 minutes will be for question answer session from jury. • 30% weightage is for written test, 40% of interview, and 30% for presentation (which includes question answer session). After all participants have presented there will be a session where mistakes of each team will be discussed. Then suggestions will be given by jury. After that result will be announced and cash prize of 5000/- will be given to winning team. All participant will also get certificates.
